Great room but tough to park due to narrow driveways.

the breakfast room felt kinda cramped when it got busy, but the staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was generous in size with comfy beds. the free parking was a definite plus, and nearby shops made it easy to grab snacks.

Finding the place was a real challenge, even with GPS acting as a guide. the narrow access to parking didn't help either. The breakfast was a bit of a letdown with limited hot options, and it can feel isolated due to the lack of nearby dining choices, so prepare to drive for a meal. Some guests might notice noise from neighboring rooms, which could interrupt your peace. Lastly, the bathrooms are smaller than what you'd expect, which can be inconvenient during your stay.

Location isn’t lively. the evenings can feel empty, and the public bus rides to the main beach or city center are necessary. Breakfast options are minimal and nothing hot, while the kitchenette lacks cooking tools despite being in the room. A dated decor vibe doesn’t help either, seeing as some rooms overlook an unappealing neighboring building.

I appreciated the helpful staff at reception. they went above and beyond to assist with our inquiries and provided great dining recommendations. The location allowed easy access to Poetto beach, just a 15-minute walk away. Free parking on-site was also a big plus. the breakfast options left a bit to be desired with limited hot choices available. The surrounding area lacked a variety of restaurants, which meant driving was necessary for dinner. Noise from plumbing in adjoining rooms was also noticeable at times, something to keep in mind for light sleepers.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and very spacious, which was perfect for my needs. The breakfast was reasonably priced and offered a nice variety of tasty options. One area for improvement could be offering a bit more variety in the nearby dining choices, as I found the options limited.
